The Coach House Hotel in Galway comprises 16 tastefully furnished en-suite hotel accommodation guestrooms, The House Bar & The House Bistro. We have outdoor seating for our visitors to enjoy the warm days and balmy nights in summer, and on-site parking for your convenience.

Buses run to Galway city every 45 minutes, so you can pop in at any time of day or night to sample the rich cultural and historic delights of the city, not to mention the bustling nightlife and extensive shopping!

Room Information

The Coach House boasts sixteen rooms, each designed with comfort in mind and all bearing traditional Irish names. Every room features cable television, en-suite bathrooms and showers, a luxurious double bed, a compact, modern, tea and coffee station, and of course broadband Internet access.

Our rooms are suitable for any occasion, from romantic weekends away to family holidays. We are also ideally located for the business traveller, with easy access to all main arteries in and out of Galway city.

Food and Beverage

The Italian Restaurant "Basilico" located in the Coach House has a selection of menus to cater for all needs. From an offering of omelettes to full Irish for breakfast to Pastas, Pizzas & salads and main courses at lunch time, our menus are sure to please. Their evening menu combines a selection of seafood, vegetarian & meat pastas, Risotti, Pizzas, varous chicken & meat dishes to name but a few....

Area Information

The Coach House is situated in the heart of Oranmore village, just off the Galway-Dublin road. We are just ten minutes from Galway city, and one minute from the main link road that services many of Galway 's busiest retail and industrial parks. Galway Race course is seven minutes from the Coach House. Our location is second to none with access to all major roads in and out of Galway city right on our doorstep, but with all the benefits of a lively village atmosphere with fine eating establishments.
